1. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?▼
Once the order has been validated, it is no longer possible to modify it. You can, however, cancel your order if it is still in an unshipped state by accessing your customer area. If the cancellation option is visible, you can proceed with the cancellation directly.
2. Where can I find my order information?▼
You can view all your order information in your customer area under the "My Orders" section.
3. What is the deadline for returning an item?▼
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund.
4. How do I return an item?▼
- Log in to your customer area.
- Go to the "My Orders" section.
- Click on the "Make a return" button corresponding to the order you wish to return.
- Fill out the online return form.
- Print the return label
- Drop off the package at the nearest relay point or post office within 10 calendar days.
5. Can I return an item that has been worn or washed?▼
No. To be accepted, the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition. It must be returned in its original packaging and without alteration.
6. What should I do if the item is damaged or defective upon receipt?▼
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. Please send an email to contact@r4ever.com, indicating your order number and attaching photos of the damage.
7. Can I return part of my order?▼
Yes, you can return part of your order. However, only the returned items will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
8. What if the "Cancel Order" button is no longer visible?▼
Once an order is being prepared or shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it via your account. In this case, we invite you to consult our return policy once the item is received. You have 14 days to make a withdrawal request.
9. Does the refund cover shipping costs?▼
Whether for a partial or full return of your order, the initial shipping costs remain your responsibility.
10. Can I return an item purchased internationally?▼
Yes, you can return an item purchased as part of an international order, but return shipping costs are your responsibility. You must follow the return procedure indicated in your customer account.
11. What happens if I return a product after 14 days?▼
After the 14 calendar day period, we unfortunately cannot accept your return. The product will be sent back to your address at your expense.
12. Can I get a refund to a different payment method?▼
No, refunds are made to the same payment method used during the purchase. If your card has been closed, please contact your bank directly for the processing of your refund.
13. What should I do if I haven't received my refund after the indicated period?▼
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, we advise you to contact your bank. If the refund has not yet been processed on our end, contact us at contact@r4ever.com with your order information so we can check the refund status.
14. What if the returned item does not meet the return conditions?▼
If the returned item does not comply with the return conditions (worn, damaged, without original packaging), the return will be refused. In this case, the item will be sent back to you at your expense and no refund can be issued. We recommend that you carefully check the condition of the item before proceeding with the return.

Yes, you can return an item purchased during sales or promotions, provided you comply with our standard return policy.
