AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Each product undergoes strict quality control before shipment. Our items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery.

Coverage:

This warranty covers any lack of conformity present upon delivery or appearing within two years. It applies independently of any commercial warranty and does not cover damage resulting from improper use, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear of the product due to its use.

Defect Declaration — within 48h:

Any item received with a manifest defect must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours of receipt, by email to contact@r4everfr.com.

Please indicate your order number and attach precise photos of the defect.

Defect Declaration — beyond 48h:

Beyond 48 hours, your request must be submitted to our after-sales service by email to sav@r4everfr.com.

Please indicate your order number and attach precise photos of the defect as well as a copy of your order confirmation.

Complete files are processed within 48 to 72 business hours. Incomplete or imprecise requests cannot be processed.
