RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns are free. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund.

Return Conditions

Returned items must imperatively meet the following criteria:

  • Must not have been worn.
  • Must be free from any damage or alteration.
  • Must be returned in their original packaging, complete and in the same condition as upon delivery.
  • Must be properly protected to avoid any damage during return transport (rigid cardboard recommended).

Any item returned not conforming to these conditions will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Return Procedure

To generate your return label, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Log in to your customer account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Click on "Make a return"
  4. Fill out the form
  5. Print the return label
  6. Drop off the package at the nearest relay point or post office

The label is valid for 10 calendar days. After this period, the return will be automatically refused.

Refund Procedure

RESOURCEFUL 4EVER FR will process a refund only on the amount paid for the returned items. Initial delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • Return processing time: 2 to 3 business days after receipt of the package.
  • Refund period: 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

The refund will be made only to the payment method used during the order. No request for transfer to another account can be taken into account.

In case of closure of the bank account associated with your payment method, we invite you to contact your bank directly for the recovery of funds. RESOURCEFUL 4EVER FR cannot be held responsible for the management of these funds by your bank.

No exchange or credit will be offered outside of our after-sales service process.
